Good building starts
with a sense of place.
The best island homes make room for the outdoors, the trade winds, and the people who matter most.
At Yandow Walker Construction Inc., the conversation starts with your sense of home: the spaces you need, the details you value, and the life you want to make room for.
What we build
For the way you live.
From the first idea to the finishing details, every project begins with what home means to you.
Renovations
Keep what you love. Make room for what’s next—with thoughtful updates to the spaces you call home.
Additions & Lanais
More space to gather, a little more shade, and a natural connection between indoors and out.
Our approach
A good relationship.
A well-built home.
Building is personal. The experience should feel clear, considered, and grounded in a shared understanding of your project.
Start with a conversation.
Share your ideas, your priorities, and what you’re hoping to create.
Find the right path forward.
Work through the scope, materials, and practical details together.
Bring it home, thoughtfully.
Keep craftsmanship, communication, and the finished space at the heart of the work.
Made for island living
Some things never
go out of style.
A generous roofline. A porch that invites you to stay awhile. Natural textures that feel at home among the greens of Kauaʻi.
Deep, shaded lanais
Warm materials and familiar forms
An easy connection to the outdoors
